The process
Your logo. Our cups. 6–8 weeks.
Five steps, one point of contact, and a proof in your inbox before anything is printed.
- Step 1
Browse & select your product
Pick your line — cold cups, hot cups, bowls, lids and straws, or bags — then the sizes and materials that match your menu. Not sure? Send your menu and we'll spec it for you.

Customize with your logo
Upload vector art (AI, EPS, PDF) or a 300dpi PNG/JPG. Tell us placement, ink count, and any Pantone matches. Our team preps the dieline at no charge.

Frequently asked
What are your minimums?
1,000 units per size for most products. Lids and straws start at 1,000 as well. Mixing sizes is fine — each size just needs to hit its own minimum.
How long does an order take?
6–8 weeks from art approval to delivery, including production and DDP freight. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — ask us before you order.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector is best: AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300dpi or better also works. We'll flag anything that won't print cleanly.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Blank samples ship for the cost of shipping so you can check size and feel. Printed pre-production samples are available on larger runs.
How does shipping and customs work?
All orders ship DDP — we handle freight, duties, and customs clearance. You get a delivery window and a tracking reference, not a broker invoice.
How do reorders work?
Your approved artwork stays on file. Reorders skip the proofing round and go straight into the production queue at your current tier price.
Are the materials food-safe?
Yes — all food-contact materials meet FDA 21 CFR 177 and EU 1935/2004 requirements. Test reports are available on request.
